Who is CoreJobTrack built for?

CoreJobTrack is built for small and mid-sized blue-collar service businesses with field techs and office dispatch teams, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general contracting, and similar field-service trades.

Is there an offline mode?

Yes. Technicians can keep working and sync once signal returns. No data is lost when you're out of range.

Does this replace my CRM?

CoreJobTrack combines customer records with work order and ticket operations, so it's designed to replace your separate CRM and dispatch tools.

Can customers see ticket status?

Yes, via the customer portal. You control what they can see and they get status updates automatically.

Do you support signatures and attachments?

Yes. Signatures, photos, videos, and documents can all be attached to tickets right from the field.

Can I submit feature requests?

Yes — click the Feature Request link in the navigation to submit ideas on our feedback board. We review submissions during roadmap planning.

What does the launch special include?

Early adopters who join the waitlist will lock in the full Enterprise plan — unlimited users, API access, audit logs, and dedicated support — for $39/mo at launch.

Is there a free trial?

Not yet. CoreJobTrack is pre-launch, so trials aren't open. Join the waitlist and we'll share trial and early-access details before launch.
